Perfection as usual! As a mechanic, I appreciate the incredible detail they provide with their inspections. While I perform many of my repairs, when it comes to an aging Swedish wagon, there are some things better left to Robs! They focus on safety, reliability and overall health. No, my car is not worth nearly what I have into her. But, it’s a labor of love, if you know, you know! I’ll be coming here for years to come, Heidi wouldn’t have it any other way.

This shop is a class act! We did not end up getting work done on our vehicle here, but not because they were incompetent. In a complicated and confusing situation these guys, specifically Jason, were incredibly patient and cooperative. Rather than losing composure Jason remained calm and highly professional as well as helpful and friendly. This shop is clearly committed to honesty and transparency. I would fully trust and recommend Rob's Import Repair. I briefly spoke with Rob himself and although our conversation was short, he was personable, helpful and professional. These guys are awesome!

I have had a check engine light on in my Armada for 2 years. I have returned to my local mechanic a number of times only to have him turn it off and charge me for the diagnostic. This same mechanic referred me to Rob's Imports when I experienced a problem with my heater. Jason walked me through their process of reviewing and diagnosing any and all issues on my vehicle. In the end, both my heater and the issue with the engine were properly diagnosed and remedied. Jason communicated with me every step of the way and I now have a new mechanic at Rob's Imports. I would highly recommend Rob's Imports for anyone seeking a professional and friendly auto service facility.Thanks for the excellent service!

The master cylinder and booster unit went out on our 2013 Toytota Prius V. In addition, we needed new tires before winter. I was pleased with the service and professionalism from Rob's Import Repair. Since the brakes were failing, they were able to work us in. Otherwise, we would have had to wait almost two weeks before they or other repair shops could look at our car. Following the inspection of our car, they only recommended replacing what was needed.

I would like to thank the TEAM for the excellent job they did woking on my "Baby" (BMW 535IX) today! They definitely go above and beyond! They are very informative and helpful. It may take a bit longer than some of the places (the 1st time), but they will teach/show you about your car. Even if you know cars. The price is Very fair for the service.

I needed to have our Audi Q3 serviced and wanted to try another local shop for this Audi. I found Rob's online, made a call and "interviewed" them before making my decision. So I’ve got a Land Rover and was looking for someone that does maintenance on that type of vehicle…. I looked up import maintenance snd came across Rob’s imports. They were the friendliest, most transparent guys to work with! Customer service level is 10 stars out of 5. They show you every single thing they check over, so there is no one way you’re getting charged for anything hidden. That also gave me a great reference for a guy that does auto body repair! I can’t say enough nice things about them! The pricing is also the most reasonable I’ve ever come across for getting my car serviced!

Robs import repair did a prepurchase inspection on an eurovan camper I was interested in purchasing. They did a thorough evaluation and Jason did an excellent job at explaining the issues that the van had. In the end, they saved me from purchasing a van that was in poor condition. Shout out to them!

I've been to Rob's twice recently for brake repair and ball joint repair with alignment and I'm beyond impressed! They've been quick, professional, informative, and had a loaner when I needed one.Rob's provided a full report of my car's condition after my first visit. In that report, they told me about some play in a ball joint that would eventually need some attention. When I started to hear a squeak in the front end, thanks to Rob's, I immediately knew what was wrong. I called and they told me they'd check it over thoroughly to make sure that this was the problem, and not charge me for the diagnostic if, in fact it was. They also ordered the part they thought they needed ahead of time! What! I was in service heaven. Brought the car in, they verified it was the ball joint, and had it ready for me hours later.The guys there are always really helpful. Just an all-around great experience if there is such a thing when you need to put some $$ into your ride.If you have an import and you're looking for a fair deal from an expert team, check out Rob's. I'll definitely be back.

We took our Ford F-150 Platinum to Bergstrom Ford in Neenah, WI for an electrical problem draining the battery overnight. They had the truck for a few days. Technician met with our driver and said we needed a completely new Dash Cluster, because he thought, after his review, this would solve the problem. The estimate was over $2000. Plus, he could NOT guarantee the problem was solved.I've taken my Mercedes cars to Rob's Import repair and called to ask if they could look at this Ford F-150. Set up and appointment. We paid $374 for a complete bumper to bumper diagnosis of the vehicle. They have an amazing report when completed. Showed everything on the vehicle. Very Impressive and well worth the small investment. The electrical drain turned out to be the Gear Selector Lever switch, which had an open short, therefore causing the battery to go dead overnight.Had the part replaced, tested and have NOT had a problem with the battery since. Rob's did the repair for half of what Bergstrom wanted for the repair. They also performed the oil change and other needed general maintenance.We HIGHLY SUGGEST Rob's Import Repair. Very professional service. Jason Hughes was our Service Advisor along with Heath Fink and Joe Schmitt our Technicians. Great Job Guys !!! Wish I could give you 10 Stars......................Much Appreciated for the Super Service !!

This was our first time using Rob's after a recommendation from a current customer. Rob's team hit it out of the park. faster than expected appointment time. Very thorough inspection which included video of the issue. great communication and came in under estimate. They will certainly be our go-to shop for future work on a company vehicle and my personal vehicle. it is especially hard to find a good shop to work on import brands but Rob's is doing it right.
