The short story of my experience was that I called with a coolant leak, and they got me in within 2 days. I received a loaner vehicle because the work was going to be a longer period of time. I asked them do some additional maintenance while they had my water pump out, like changing the timing belt. I had to drive out to Detroit the next day, and they had my car ready at the perfect time that I had to leave town.Seeing photos of the repair and possible future issues was very helpful with future preventative maintenance. Communication was fantastic, and the price was a couple hundred less than what I thought it was going to be.Quickest turnaround I've ever had with a mechanic with the amount of work that was involved (1 day). Great for import repairs on my VW, and a previously owned Audi.If you have an import, take it here for maintenance and fixes. They are professional, and knowledgeable. They aren't the cheapest, but you don't want the cheapest mechanic in town.

I won’t talk about the repair work we had done as I’ve only had the car back for an hour (though the drive home was without complications!), but I do want to talk about customer service. As a woman getting car repair work done can be intimidating to say the least. My husband took our vehicle in initially as after a past experience elsewhere, I was unwilling. I however had to pick our vehicle up. I was met with the nicest, kindest people (Pete and Jason). Who took the time to review the repair with me, talked to me like I was an intelligent individual, and took time to listen to my question and took me seriously. It was refreshing to walk away with no anxiety or feeling poorly about myself. I don’t know anything about cars or repair but I can say that as a woman I would feel comfortable asking questions here.

I found that the digital inspection/estimate helped me decide what jobs needed to be done now and what I could potentially wait on until later. Jason answered all my questions. I got my car back without any mud or greasy paw marks anywhere. The office is clean; the shop looks clean. Overall a good experience.

Great locally owned business for any auto repairs. Additionally, as their name implies, they are a fantastic resource for any imports specifically. The team really takes it upon them selves to both educate as well as resolve issues for all customers.I primarily interact with the service advisor Jason Hughes during my visits, He has taken care of my every need and made sure that I fully understand each step of the process. He is a former Volvo Master Tech himself so that just shows how deep the knowledge base goes with this company, everyone here is highly experienced and always ready to help!I will continue to bring my vehicles here for years to come I expect! Perfection as usual! As a mechanic, I appreciate the incredible detail they provide with their inspections. While I perform many of my repairs, when it comes to an aging Swedish wagon, there are some things better left to Robs! They focus on safety, reliability and overall health. No, my car is not worth nearly what I have into her. But, it’s a labor of love, if you know, you know! I’ll be coming here for years to come, Heidi wouldn’t have it any other way.

I was given a detailed diagnosis, along with pictures of each damaged part, and of replacement parts. Technicians did a great job on the repair (timing chain replacement). Highly recommend

This shop is a class act! We did not end up getting work done on our vehicle here, but not because they were incompetent. In a complicated and confusing situation these guys, specifically Jason, were incredibly patient and cooperative. Rather than losing composure Jason remained calm and highly professional as well as helpful and friendly. This shop is clearly committed to honesty and transparency. The master cylinder and booster unit went out on our 2013 Toytota Prius V. In addition, we needed new tires before winter. I was pleased with the service and professionalism from Rob's Import Repair. Since the brakes were failing, they were able to work us in. Otherwise, we would have had to wait almost two weeks before they or other repair shops could look at our car. Following the inspection of our car, they only recommended replacing what was needed.

I would like to thank the TEAM for the excellent job they did woking on my "Baby" (BMW 535IX) today! They definitely go above and beyond! They are very informative and helpful. It may take a bit longer than some of the places (the 1st time), but they will teach/show you about your car. Even if you know cars. The price is Very fair for the service.

I needed to have our Audi Q3 serviced and wanted to try another local shop for this Audi. I found Rob's online, made a call and "interviewed" them before making my decision. So I’ve got a Land Rover and was looking for someone that does maintenance on that type of vehicle…. I looked up import maintenance snd came across Rob’s imports. They were the friendliest, most transparent guys to work with! Customer service level is 10 stars out of 5. They show you every single thing they check over, so there is no one way you’re getting charged for anything hidden. That also gave me a great reference for a guy that does auto body repair! I can’t say enough nice things about them! The pricing is also the most reasonable I’ve ever come across for getting my car serviced!

Robs import repair did a prepurchase inspection on an eurovan camper I was interested in purchasing. They did a thorough evaluation and Jason did an excellent job at explaining the issues that the van had. In the end, they saved me from purchasing a van that was in poor condition. Shout out to them!
