Rob
Rob Newhouse is the owner of Robs Import Repair along with his wife Jennine. Both were born and raised in Kaukauna and graduated from Kaukauna High School in 1996. Rob and Jennine live in Kaukauna along with their children Della and Daisy. Rob graduated from Fox Valley Technical College in 1998 and honed his craft for 10 years before opening Robs Import Repair. He has been an ASE Certified Master Technician since 1998.
Rob Enjoys spending time at the cottage in Shawano, riding jet skis, motorcycling, UTV’ing, and riding/driving anything with a motor. He also enjoys finding how things work. His favorite part about owning a shop is being able to help people with their problems. He also enjoys helping his employees’ grow.

Joe
Joe is a professional automotive technician who is ready to give your car the care it deserves. From intricate mechanical repairs to detailed electrical circuit testing, Joe has the knowledge and experience to get the job done right the 1st time. Joe has spent a large portion of his career as a BMW Master Certified Dealer technician. Joe is an ASE Master Technician Certification and also holds L1 Advanced Engine Performance and L3 Light Duty Hybrid/Electrical Vehicle certifications.
Joe Specializes in German automobiles and enjoys working on vehicles of any age. When he’s not working on cars, he enjoys racing his cars at track events, autocross, and ice racing.

Heath
Heath is an ASE Certified Master Automobile Technician with over 20 years’ experience. He has worked in the automotive aftermarket as a tool distributor, technician, service advisor, and store manager. Most of Heaths experience is in Asian and Domestic makes and enjoys the challenges he faces when working on European vehicles.
Heath enjoys fishing, going up north, 4 wheeling, snowmobiling, and remodeling.
Heath is ASE certified in Steering and Suspension, Brakes, Electrical/electronic systems, and Heating and Air Conditioning. He is on track to complete his ASE Master Technician Status in 2019.
Kelan
Kelan is an ASE Master Certified Automobile Technician who is our go to guy when it involves Volkswagen or Audi vehicles. He is proficient in testing, inspection, and repair of any issues your vehicle is experiencing. He is most comfortable working on these brands but also enjoys expanding his horizons with additional makes and models.
Kelan enjoys traveling to car shows, fishing, and attending concerts.

Jason
Jason has had many roles in the automotive industry through out the years. He began as an automotive service technician focusing on mid to late model European/Asian vehicles with an independent shop for 11 years. He then worked for a manufacturer dealer becoming master of Jaguar, Land Rover, and Volvo for 8 years. He taught the Automotive Program at NWTC for 7 years. Jason is now writing and helping manage service for Robs.
Jason enjoys spending time with his young family, camping, swimming, biking, and playing with new technology. He is the go-to fix-it-guy around the house. He loves the opportunity to teach people about anything, including their vehicles and helping them make the best decisions for safety and reliability.

Randy
Randy is our dispatcher, parts procurement specialist, and estimator. He schedules all the work through the shop and acts as a bridge between the technicians and service advisors. He is also a professional service advisor and fills in at that role when needed. He enjoys learning how systems work and translating that to help customers understand their vehicle. Randy enjoys spending time with his wife and two children. He spends his free time racing motorcycles, riding bicycles, and playing guitar.
Randy spent 11 years in logistics prior to starting his automotive industry career here at Robs. Randy is a graduate of Elite Master’s program, the top industry honor for service advisors.
Skylar
Skylar is a professional automotive technician with over 5 years of experience, both as a technician and as a salesperson. He has the most experience repairing European and Asian vehicles, but is more than capable of repairing domestic vehicles as well. In his free time Skylar enjoys mountain biking, weight lifting, hunting, fishing, and playing the banjo. He is actively studying to achieve his ASE Master Certification.

Jake
Jacob is an ASE Certified Master Automobile Technician who is well rounded on many makes and models. He has most of his experience at independent auto shops and enjoys modifying sports cars and attending car shows and drift events. Jacob especially enjoys Nissan Z cars having owned 3 of them.

Brad
Brad is a professional service advisor. He attended Universal Technical Institute in Arizona where he received his Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Sciences while graduating in the top 1% of his class. During that time, he worked at a local Toyota dealership furthering his knowledge with real world repairs. After his time in Arizona, he completed a graduate course with Mercedes-Benz Elite training in Chicago also graduating at the top of his class there. Brad went on to work at a Toyota Dealership in Kansas City for 10 years. After that he pursued work that involved his passion of Motorsport. Brad worked in the High-Performance aftermarket world for 5 years before moving back home to Wisconsin.
Brad enjoys track days in his BMW M3 at Road America and tracks all over the country. He travels the country with an endurance race team and a few Stage Rally teams as their crew chief. Brad also enjoys music, archery, hiking and most things outside.
